The Wild Ride features one of the world's more unique coffees—Tanzania Peaberry. Unlike a traditional coffee cherry that produces two flat beans, a peaberry naturally develops as a single, round bean, allowing it to roast differently and develop an exceptionally vibrant cup.

This coffee is bold, adventurous, and beautifully balanced. Sweet aromas of brown sugar and honey lead into bright citrus, orange, blueberry, and black tea notes, finishing with a juicy body and lingering sweetness that continues long after the last sip.

About Tanzania Peaberry

Unlike most coffee cherries that contain two beans, a peaberry naturally forms as a single, round bean. This rare occurrence happens in only a small percentage of coffee cherries and is prized by many coffee enthusiasts for its distinctive roasting characteristics and vibrant flavor profile.

Our Wild Ride comes from small family farms throughout the Kilimanjaro and Arusha regions of Tanzania, where coffee is grown alongside bananas and avocados on farms typically between one and two hectares in size. The coffee is fully washed, traditionally processed, and carefully dried on raised beds before making its journey to our roastery.

The result is an adventurous cup that's bright, complex, and unlike anything else in our lineup.
