Z Creek Coffee

Because we roast and pack in small batches, our shipping rhythm looks a little different than large commercial retailers. Orders placed Friday–Monday typically ship Tuesday, and orders placed Tuesday–Thursday typically ship Friday.

We often ship sooner when possible, and we’re always working to improve turnaround as we grow. Thanks for supporting a small family roastery—your patience helps us focus on freshness over volume.

At Z Creek Coffee, every order is handled with care to ensure it arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

Order Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Orders will ship within 4 business days
  • Custom roasts: Orders will ship within 7 business days, unless otherwise discussed (such as special or custom-ordered beans)

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping Responsibility

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping is handled by USPS.
We cannot guarantee delivery times or performance once the package is in their possession.

Delays & Issues

Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volumes

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Z Creek Coffee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
