Z Creek Coffee (Amazon Orders)
At Z Creek Coffee, we take pride in delivering high-quality, small-batch roasted coffee. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.
Returns & Food Safety
Due to food safety regulations, coffee and other consumable products are not eligible for return once shipped.
Refund Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- The issue must be related to quality, damage, or fulfillment error
- You must provide your order number and a brief description of the issue
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
One-Time Satisfaction Policy
Our satisfaction guarantee is intended for first-time evaluation of our product.
Refunds are limited to one (1) per customer.
We reserve the right to decline additional refund requests if we determine there is a pattern of repeated refund claims.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where:
