Before You Visit

We want your visit to be a great experience, so here are a few things to know ahead of time:

  • We are not a traditional coffee shop — Z Creek is a coffee roastery where we roast and share coffee directly from where it’s made

  • We offer a limited amount of complimentary coffee during open hours, available while it lasts

  • We do not have a public restroom available at this time

  • Visitor access to the property and amenities is permitted only during posted operational hours unless otherwise expressly invited.

We appreciate your understanding as we continue building and growing this space.

Final Note

Z Creek Coffee is something we’re building step by step — keeping it simple, intentional, and true to what it was meant to be.

Thanks for being part of it.

More Than a Stop — It’s a Destination

Z Creek Coffee isn’t just a place to grab a cup — it’s a place to come experience where it all begins.

Tucked back off Zollicoffer Road, our roasting space sits on the same land where our roots were planted. Surrounded by trees, open space, and the creek that inspired our name, this is where coffee, craft, and calling all come together.

This isn’t a storefront in the traditional sense.

It’s a place to slow down, step outside, and experience coffee in a different way.

What You’ll Experience

  • Fresh, small-batch roasted coffee, served right where it’s roasted

  • Live roasting demonstrations (at select times) so you can see the process firsthand

  • A quiet, natural setting to enjoy your coffee at your own pace

  • A short nature trail (weather permitting)

  • A duck pond with a few regulars you’ll likely meet

  • A natural spring running through the property

  • A gazebo (coming soon) for sitting, gathering, and taking it all in

Whether you’re stopping by for a few minutes or planning to stay awhile, this is a place meant to be experienced — not rushed.

Tentative Hours

Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

(Hours may adjust slightly as we get opened and settled in)

Worth the Drive

Z Creek Coffee is a little off the beaten path — and that’s exactly how we like it.

We’ve built this to be a place you come to, not just pass by. A place to bring your family, take a walk, watch a roast, and enjoy coffee the way it was meant to be.

Come see where it’s roasted.

Come experience Z Creek.

Disclaimer: Why Our Coffee Changes

At Z Creek Coffee, we don’t believe coffee should be the same all the time.

Every bag we roast comes from a specific place — a single farm, a single region, and a single harvest. Just like any crop grown from the land, it changes with the seasons, the weather, and the hands that care for it.

Some years are exceptional. Some are different.

And sometimes, a coffee we love simply runs out.

Because we choose to work with single origin coffees only, we’re tied directly to what the farmers produce and what the land provides. That means:

  • Certain coffees may only be available for a season

  • Shipments can be delayed due to weather or global conditions

  • The same origin may taste slightly different from year to year

We see this as part of the beauty of it — not a flaw.

It means what you’re drinking is real.

It hasn’t been blended, altered, or made to taste the same every time.

What That Means for You

When one coffee is gone, it’s not replaced with something identical — it’s replaced with something new to experience.

Every visit, every bag, every cup is a chance to taste something different.

The Way It Should Be

We’re not here to make coffee predictable.

We’re here to make it honest.

And we’re grateful you’re along for the journey.
