About Tanzania Peaberry
Unlike most coffee cherries that contain two beans, a peaberry naturally forms as a single, round bean. This rare occurrence happens in only a small percentage of coffee cherries and is prized by many coffee enthusiasts for its distinctive roasting characteristics and vibrant flavor profile.
Our Wild Ride comes from small family farms throughout the Kilimanjaro and Arusha regions of Tanzania, where coffee is grown alongside bananas and avocados on farms typically between one and two hectares in size. The coffee is fully washed, traditionally processed, and carefully dried on raised beds before making its journey to our roastery.
The result is an adventurous cup that's bright, complex, and unlike anything else in our lineup.
